Approval flow Issue in Absence approval Rule

Hi All,

We are configuring approval rules for a specific absence type.
For this absence type the approval must route to

Line manager
Approval group and then
Application role.

We have configured the same in Transaction console approval groups for Global Absence Recording - Single Assignment process.

The approval is routing in the sequence. However, when the approval is reaching Approval Group, it is routing to each member in the group in sequential manner.

How to configure the approval workflow so that only one member of an Approval Group needs to approve , when it reaches the approval group in the flow. Once a single member approves in the approval group, the task should move directly to the next step in the workflow that is to Application Role.
