Is there way to get Project Number & Task Number from the timeRecords endpoint within hcmRestAPI?

Summary: The endpoint timeRecords/timeRecordId/child/timeAttributes returns only the Project Id/Task Id.

I could make a separate call to projects rest endpoint, though that's in fscmRestApi & not in hcmRestApi. User using this restAPI does not have that access.
