Atom events in time and labor

Summary: We need to pull certain timecard data when a timecard is submitted. Was looking at ATOM events but not sure there is a way to do that. So looking for some guidance where we can trigger an event on timecard submission.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): For compliance, we validate at the workstation level that the previous days timecards have been submitted. There is scheduled process that drives this now which is problematic. Would really want this to be event based. Thanks for any guidance.
