We are encountering an issue in Oracle Channel Revenue Management , accruals are not generated for a program that uses the "Order Line Type" as an additional qualifier.

Scenario:

  • We have created a custom Program Type and added an "Order Line Type" as an additional qualifier.
  • A program was defined using this type and included the "Order Line Type" qualifier ( Value Equals to Buy).
  • A sales order with Order Line Type "Buy" was submitted which should satisfy the program's criteria, and the accruals job was run as usual.
  • No accruals were created for this program, even though other programs without this qualifier worked as expected.
