Sales Order Management with Products and Services
Hi gurus,
We are currently reviewing some options to manage our sales orders where services are associated to the sold items (matrix approach).
When selling machines, we also sell related services such as installation, setup, training, etc.
Depending on the machine sold, both the service price and the number of hours/minutes required are different.
We are evaluating several options (separate service items, specific charge components, etc.) but would like to get your insights on the example below.
EXAMPLE:
We have an order with 5 machines, each requiring 2 services (setup and training).
We want to create an order with 5 lines (one per machine) and be able to track the services associated to each line, while managing only
