AR manual adjustment that was created in error unable to delete however Status More Research

in Receivables & Collections

AR Module JUN-25 is stuck in a "Close Pending" due to a manual adjustment that was created in error and will not delete or doesn't do anything when submitted.  When we look at Transaction: Credit Memo 914266_DM  under Activities we see Number 20001, This is the transaction that is preventing the closing of June period, unable to delete or edit this transaction.

Status: More research

Receivables Period: JUN-25 Close Pending status now trying to close the periods

The adjustments that are in More research status cannot be deleted. They can only be Rejected, but only after changing the status to 'Pending Approval'.To implement the solution, follow the next steps:
