25D - Transfer balance within same or different plan upon loss of eligibility

Summary:

Hi All,

We have two vacation plan, based on employee's job FLSA status. Vacation Exempt and Vacation Non-Exempt.
Our client has Multiple Assignment based Employment structure, while balance gets maintained at person level (Primary Assignment Level).

We are using 25D feature - https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/readiness/hcm/25d/amg-25d/25D-absence-mgmt-wn-f40809.htm
"Single Accrual Balance for Multiple Assignments".

Requirement: In case employee moves from Exempt to Non-Exempt job via Job change on same assignment OR Secondary role becomes primary now, he will carry forward his existing balance of Exempt role to Non-Exempt role.

We are trying to utilize Transfer Positive balance feature upon loss of eligibility - but balance is not getting transferred based on new FLSA status (new primary role FLAS status).
