Unable to Update Resource Calendar from Non-Working Day to Working Day via API

Issue:We mistakenly updated Martin Luther King holiday to 20th Jan 2026 instead of 19th Jan 2026 for approximately 3,000 resources. Through the application UI, we can correct this, but when using Set a Work Schedule API or Bulk Update Resource Work Schedules, the API returns 200 OK without applying the change in the UI.

Details:

  • API call succeeds (HTTP 200) but does not reflect in the resource calendar.
  • UI updates work fine.
  • Need to revert Jan 20, 2026 back to a working day for all affected resources.

Questions:

  1. Has anyone faced similar issues where API returns success but changes are not applied?
  2. For large volumes (3k resources), what’s the best approach:
