Post-25D: “%null Completed” Message Appearing in Goal Details Tray During All-in-One Evaluation

We recently applied the 25D update to one of our lower development environments and encountered an unexpected behavior in Performance Goals during the All-in-One Evaluation process.

Our business does not use goal measurements, and goal approvals are bypassed. However, after the update, when rating goals in the evaluation, a message stating “%null Completed” briefly appears in the goal details tray for about 3 seconds and then disappears. This happens consistently whenever we open the goal details during the evaluation.

This behavior was not present before 25D. Since we do not use measurements, this message is confusing and unnecessary for our process.
