Performance Template Update Issue – Performance Document Changes Not Reflected
We have rolled out the performance document in Redwood, and it has been assigned to employees.
However, we noticed that the Overall Rating is not visible to either the employee or the manager.
To resolve this, we updated the template to calculate the rating and ran the post-submission template update process. The logs confirm that the changes were applied, but the updates are not reflected in the existing performance documents.
Currently, the only way to reflect the changes is to Cancel → Delete → Create a new document, which is not ideal.
