Our client would like to rename the heading "What are the target outcomes for this goal" in the Development Goal section, as they feel a clearer label would make it more comprehensible for employees.

Can someone please confirm if this heading can be updated, and if so, guide us on the steps or constraints involved?

This can be done via User Interface text, however, we prefer not to use it, as it may impact other pages across the system.
