Calculated Ratings disappear from Evaluate Performance but appear in RUI & All-in-one Evaluation

Around the second week of November, I noticed that the calculated section ratings in the performance document suddenly disappeared. Previously, these ratings displayed correctly without enabling the “Use calculated ratings only” option in the performance template.

Now, the calculated ratings only display correctly in RUI but not in Redwood.

Moreover, this only impacts the "Evaluate Performance" page but not to "All-in-one evaluation."

We need clarification on whether this change in Redwood is expected, and if so, what the recommended approach or workaround is.
