How to restrict Participant's Feedback from employee's view

Summary:

Hello Experts,

  1. Employee completes Self Evaluation
  2. Manager seeks Participant's feedback (Matrix Manager)
  3. Participant submits the feedback
  4. Manager completes the evaluation
  5. Approved and Closed

The feedback submitted by participant is visible to both employee and manager. But we want this Participant Feedback not to be visible to employee. How to restrict this in Redwood UI?

Currently when Share Ratings and Comments are set to No, it will not be visible to both LM and Employee.
