Not seeing any figures under the Talent fields under Team Activity Center

When a manager navigates to My Team > Team Activity Center, and clicks on the Talent tab to view Talent figures for their team, the fields are not displaying anything, for example, the number of performance goals, even though the employee has goals. Same with performance documents, no figure is displaying, although the employee has performance documents that are in completed/in-progress status. Please advise why no figures are displaying.
