Post election edit formula is giving error message after closing the open enrollment and adding new life event.

I am facing the issue after closing the open enrollment and adding new life event 'ben admin' on 15th mar 2026. While evaluating the life event i am getting the formula error 'HSA is not available for this plan' .The Open Enrollment Period Start Date is from 27th oct 2025 to 14 nov 2025 and the Assigned/occurred open Life Event Date is on 1st jan 2026.
