How to hide the "Review Employee Competencies" tile in the Manager Evaluation of Workers

Summary:

I also tried in the Sandbox, but it cannot be disabled because it’s on Redwood. I also tried in VBS, but I couldn’t find any tile there that can be disabled. Is this connected to the advanced settings of VBS in order to disable it?

User Story
As an HR Administrator, I want to disable the “Review Your Competencies” tile in the performance document so that employees are not prompted to use a feature that has not yet been configured and is currently not in use.Given/When/Then• Scenario: The “Review Your Competencies” tile appears within the employee performance document, but the Skills and Qualifications configuration is not yet complete. This may cause confusion for end users during the performance cycle.
