Checker Functionality for GL Module

Description (Required):

One users wants entities wise JV creation and JV post rights in Oracle Fusion

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

One user needs entity-wise access for JV Creation and JV Posting. Earlier, the user only had JV Creation access, but now they also need JV Posting access for 3 specific entities. We assigned the Checker (JV Post) role and provided data access for those 3 entities.

However, we noticed that the user can still create and post JVs for all entities. We have checked the data security policies, and they are correctly assigned under Data Access for Users, but the system is still not restricting the access entity-wise.
