How can we enable edit and delete option for internal notes and customer notes in service requests?

Currently, Internal Notes and Customer Notes in Service Requests cannot be edited or deleted, which leads to outdated or incorrect information remaining in the system. I have reviewed the documentation, which mentions enabling SVC_ENABLE_MESSAGE_CORRECTION should allow these options, but even after doing so, the edit/delete buttons are still not visible. Requesting implementation of Edit and Delete functionality for authorized users, with proper permissions, audit logging, and UI support.
