Higher-Level Managers are not receiving notifications For Submitted Worksheet Compensation

Dear Experts,

We are experiencing an issue where Higher-Level Managers are not receiving notifications when a Lower-Level Manager submits a worksheet for approval.

Worksheet Submitted is already enabled, in both Plan level & Global configuration settings.

May i know how we can fix this issue?
