When performing salary updates in Oracle HCM, I have the option to scan documents to the employee file. However, I can only select a category for the scanned document, but cannot scan it to an existing document record.
Each time I scan a document, the system creates a new line/record in the employee’s Document of Records, even though I want all salary-related documents to be scanned to the same existing record under my “Compensation” category.
