Display Project Budget Information in Purchase Request Approval Emails

Summary:

Hello,

We would like to check whether it is feasible to include project budget information directly in the Purchase Request (PR) approval email sent to approvers in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.

Current behavior:

The approval email only indicates that a Purchase Request is awaiting approval.
No information is provided regarding the budget of the related project or task.

Requested enhancement:

Include the following budget details in the approval notification email:

  • Planned budget of the task/project
  • Amount already committed/spent
  • Remaining budget available

Business need:

This would allow approvers to immediately verify whether the requested amount fits within the available budget, without having to navigate manually into PPM to check budget consumption.
