Can we send an email to customer before 2 days of activity assignment -OFS
Summary:
We want to send a reminder email to customer before 2 days of technician visit to their place. Means if activity is scheduled for a technician on 27 Nov, customer should get an email on 25 Nov as a reminder/follow up.
We have to set this up in message scenarios but we are unable to do so. can someone guide here?
