Benefits Activity Center Redwood page customization

In Benefits Activity Center, I want to customize or display custom message when the pending option is selected to Approved

In Benefits Adminstration→Benefits Activity Center→ Open an Employee, When the admin selects approve i want to make Received Date as mandatory or even displaying a custom message should be fine.
When i open the page in Edit in Visual builder, im not seeing an option with the fields displayed in Drawer pop up to customize.
