Channel Revenue Management Visual Basic Add In Not Working

We have tried using the VBAFE and using the same we are able to create the program header using the Channel Programs sheet by populating the fields and its getting created

However when i am entering the data in the Product Rules (Channel Prog) sheet the change column is not getting automatically populated with the value create and hence its not identifying any records to be created as such

Could you please let me know what i am missing here and what needs to be done for getting the change column populated?

Uploading the excel for your reference highlighting the change column with yellow colour and the same is not getting auto populated with Create when adding / inserting a new record
