Changing the Grade or Step isn't updating the Salary in Change Assignment Transaction

Create a Progression Grade Ladder with Grades, Step Rates.

Create a Salary Basis with Simple Components and use the Basic Salary component to set the rate from Grade Ladder

Initiate a Change Assignment transaction

Change the Grade to a next grade or Step to a next step

Navigate to Salary and observe that the salary is not being updated even though the simple component is set to use the Grade Step Rate.
