Changing the Grade or Step isn't updating the Salary in Change Assignment Transaction

Create a Progression Grade Ladder with Grades, Step Rates.

Create a Salary Basis with Simple Components and use the Basic Salary component to set the rate from Grade Ladder

Initiate a Change Assignment transaction

Change the Grade to a next grade or Step to a next step

Navigate to Salary and observe that the salary is being updated

Submit the transaction

Login as the approver and edit the transaction to change the grade and step

Navigate to Salary trainstop and observe that the salary isn't changing to the new grade step rate from the progression grade ladder
