Hello All,

I am currently learning OCI and have received a lab instance as part of the OCI Developer Certification course. I have also received the compartment and login details for this lab instance.

I am able to create a Bucket under the same compartment; however, when I try to create an ATP or OIC instance, I encounter the below error.

Could anyone please assist me on how to get the required access so that I can create new instances for practice?
