Unexpected behaviour of Employee Calculated rating in performance document

Hello Team,

In the performance document, under the process flow tab, there is an option labeled calculated rating. Upon enabling the calculated rating, we are presented with two options:

  1. Display calculated rating to employee
  2. Display calculated rating to manager

When we select the option to show the display calculated ratings to manager" set on YES and "Display calculated ratings to worker" set to NO but manager can see both rating (employee's rating also) in the performance document, which is an unexpected behavior.

Can anyone help me on this issue.
