ACL for Adjust Appointment Time

Hi team,

I am trying to do Adjust Appointment Time from workbench with a servprov user, but it is showing this error: "You do not have rights to access this resource."

I tried to add different ACLs but not sure why its not working, do you have any idea about proper ACL that needs to be selected?
