Need a business event or integration trigger when new Estimates are added in Depot Repair

Summary:

We are working with the Depot Repair Workbench in Oracle Service Logistics.

When users add new Estimate in Estimate section and click Save, we need an event or trigger to initiate our integration( CAN WE DO WITH OUT INTEGRATION).

At present, we cannot find any business event, callback, or triggering mechanism that fires when charge lines are created or updated. We need to know how to trigger an event from the Workbench when charges are saved, or if such a trigger point exists in the product.
