Process Mass Actions for Performance Documents issue

Hello experts,

we are having a strange behavior when massively generating performance documents. If I use seeded roles I can run the process successfully and once completed performance documents are visible.

However, if I use custom role I can run the process but it takes a few second to be completed but no documents are visible.

What could it depend on?

Are there any privileges to be added?
