Unable to end date a recurring ICP

Hi Team,

I am trying to end date an ICP in which a recurring element is attached. I navigate to My client Group>show more>administer compensation>search for the employee>Fill the " When does this award start" section> existing ICP comes>edit it >uncheck the ongoing box>end date option appears>provide an end date>save>click on continue > nothing happens, page is not moving or when i click submit, nothing happens.

We have not put any plan access restriction, it is off.

Dates tab in ICP is Payment start date = user chooses the date, Payment end date = User chooses the date.
