Approval Workflow notifications

Summary:

Approval Rule is set as supervisory. ER when submitted goes to submitter's manager (first approver) and if manager does not act in a time span is escalaltes to manager's manager (second approver). if second approver does not act in time, the request expires.

  1. How can I set up notification on escalation to the first approver? on Escalation the approval request gets reassigned to the second approver. the first approver (who did not take action resulting in escalation) does not get any notification and the task moves from its task list.
  2. Similarly on Expiry, notification goes to the second approver (to whom it was escalated) and the submitter. How do i send this notification to the first approver?
