Need offline capabilities for mobile application

Looking for consuming OIA interviews in offline mode

We have mobile application built using react native and are embedding OIA interviews. Interviews are being built for helping field agents to perform certain assessments as part of their installations and maintenance activities. In some cases, the field agents would be in remote places where there would be no network connectivity. We would like to know if OIA has any offline capabilities i.e. the interview can load through mobile application and data can be submitted (may be saved and pulled from mobile local storage) once network is available.
