Goals Not Appearing in Anytime Performance Document

Hello,

We are trying to create a Performance Document for “Anytime Doc.” After creating the PD and running the eligibility process, the document is successfully assigned to the employee; however, no goals are appearing for evaluation.

The Performance Document contains three sections: Evaluation of Goals, Overall Summary, and Employee Feedback. Even though all three sections are included, when the manager opens the PD, the very first step displayed is Overall Summary, and no goals are available for evaluation.
