Need rest/soap API for credit Memo

Summary:

I'm Tring to get the file/URL of the attachment for credit note but the issue is credit note which are issued against a transaction are not getting fetched. Able to fetch only on account credit note.

Need SOAP/REST API to fetch attachment details of such credit notes for creating deeplink
