Add custom text header

Summary:

Hello all,

We would like to ask if and how its possible to add custom text headers in Redwood. In the old UI we had added the following text info:

Although, we have been noticed that this is not currently possible, but only with Journeys. Trying with Journeys we found out that if we add a disclaimer to one section, it will be automatically added to all sections with the same template.

Does anyone know any workaround?
