Users Experiencing Frequent Login Failures and Slow Response Times in Oracle Cloud ERP (25C)
Hi there!
We are facing recurring login issues across our business users while accessing the Oracle Cloud ERP application. Many users are unable to log in initially but they are able to access the application after clearing their browser cache. However, the issue reappears frequently and this has been happening for the last couple of weeks.
In addition to the login problem, users are also reporting severe performance delays. At times, the application becomes unresponsive for more than 10 minutes and eventually shows an error message stating that the application is not responding.
This is causing significant concern among our users, we would like to know if anyone else has been experiencing similar issues recently and if any known fixes or workarounds are available.
