search for participant feedback but not showing up at top of the result

Employee is going to add a participant for feedback for the performance document.

When employee search for the perosn by name, exactly matching the name, but the person is not showing at the top of the searhing result from the list of values.

Me > Career and Performance > Performance > Click on the Manage Participant Feedback.

The Participant Feedback page is shown.

In the select person searching field, we entered the exactly name of employee, but the person is not appearing at the top of the list of values and they are not in the asscending order.
