Time card submitters are currently not receiving notifications when their time cards are approved.

Summary:

Hi Team,
I have created one user and using that user i loaded time cards via integration post man. After the time card approval the user was not received any approval notification.
Could someone kindly let us know which privilege is required to receive the FYI notification
