Can I use EnhancedTalentProfile.dat to load data in Previous Employment?

Summary:

We are trying to load data in a section for Previous Employment, is it possible to use the EnhancedTalentProfile.dat?

We are encountering the error "You can't upload the Previous Employment data for a model profile because this object is only used by the talent profile." when we are doing the load.
