Preventing Deletion of Job Profile Competencies (only) in Skills and Qualifications

Hello everyone,

We are looking for clarification on whether Oracle HCM supports preventing users from deleting competencies that originate from Job Profiles and appear in the employee’s Skills and Qualifications profile (those that flow in after a performance evaluation).

Our goal is to allow competencies coming from Job Profiles to remain in the employee profile without the possibility of being removed manually by employees, managers, or other roles.

We would like to know:

If deletion can be blocked only for Job Profile competencies, without blocking deletion for all other competencies?
