Issue with FYI notification when Performance document is transferred to another employee

Hi All,

We are facing issue with hyperlink of performance document in the FYI notification received when Performance document has been transferred to another employee.


It leads to blank screen, if refreshed error 404 comes up.

We have tried added seeded roles and tested opening the PD. However, this did not work.

If you have faced something similar, kindly share your inputs.
