Managers seeing Redwood Timecards for employees worked in store but not direct reports

We would like our store managers to have the ability to view the timecards of employees who previously worked in their store but are not their direct reports. This access should only remain available for two weeks after an employee works at a non-assigned store location. We are using the Redwood Timecard page.

Please note that we do not use AORs; instead, we rely on a custom query.
