Oracle is announcing the retirement of the Classic Sales and Service user experience, which includes the Classic Knowledge user experience, in upcoming Fusion releases. Beginning with the 26D update, the Classic interface will enter deprecation status, followed by full removal in the 27A release. Customers using Classic pages for sales, PRM, or service workflows will need to transition to the Redwood experience before the 27A update to avoid disruption. This notice outlines the timeline, impacted areas, and next steps to support a smooth transition.
