Hi,

We have a requirement where in vacation accruals are based on anniversary mile stone.

Example: If employee is less than 2 years, then the accruals for 3 weeks should be front load in January; however, when employee completes 2 years anniversary then he should get additional week on the anniversary date and this pattern is followed for anniversary milestone.

I have included the below conditions in the matrix. However, the additional day does not get added as of anniversary date. The accrual method i mention on the plan is Front-loaded.
