How to change the warning message when employee punches outside geofence in Oracle Web Clock?

We have a requirement to change the Warning message on Web clock when the employee punches outside the geofence radius.

We have searched the message in the 'Manage Messages' task in setup and maintenance but were not able to find out the message configured for the web clock.

Also we are seeking guidance on whether we can turn off the below geofencing warning which appears when the employee punches on via the laptop.
"Can't do accurate geofencing in the desktop app. For better results, use a mobile device or a device with GPS.
