HR visibility on pending Performance Goals
Summary:
Hello,
we have enabled the approval workflow for Performance Goals, so that managers must approve any changes employees make to their goal plans.
However, we have noticed that HR is unable to view the goals entered by employees until they are approved by the manager.
I would like to ask:
- Is this expected behavior? In other words, is it intended that HR cannot see the goals until the manager approves them?
- How can HR monitor the progress of the goal‑setting campaign since Goal Center is not showing pending goals? Is there a recommended page?
