Time Change Request Details Not Displayed

Summary:

Since the 25D release of Oracle HCM Cloud, the Time and Labor module no longer displays the time detail lines within employee Time Change Requests. When employees submit a change request, the request notification does not show the modified time entries. Additionally, when HR or administrators access the request via My Client Groups > Team Change Requests and click View, the detailed lines are missing.

We are experiencing the following issue since 25D release.

When an employee submits a Time Change Request, the detailed time entry lines are no longer displayed:

  • The notification sent to the employee and approver does not include the list of changed time entries.
