Profile Rating model for managers different from profile rating models for employees

Can we Add Rating Model Items to appear only for managers which are different from the rating model items which appear for employees?

Dear Colleagues:

we have a requirement where the employee will be able to rate him/herself based on a rating model contains 5 items (Poor-moderate-good-excellent-exceeding expectations)

while the managers should be able to see 6 rating model items instead of 5 (Poor-moderate-good-excellent-exceeding expectations-strategic performer)

and the managers will be able to rate the employee based on these 6 items..is this possible?!
