How to add fields that are not present & additional bottom section in the Mobile UI for contacts?

In the mobile setup for Contact details page UI, the system information fields such as "Creation Date" and "Last Updated By" are not available to add in the UI. Also, the bottom sections to add additional phone numbers and email are also not present to add unlike the address section to add additional address. Is there any solution to this?
